Salmon fillets with skin (2-3oz each)

TaterSweetSweet & Sour Dressing

Breadcrumbs (flavored or unflavored - I use garlic/herb)


>  Preheat oven to 400°, placing rack in center of oven

>  Lightly grease or spray a shallow baking pan

>  Place fillets in baking pan (skin side down)

>  Pour TaterSweet™ over fillets and spread evenly with a spoon or brush

>  Sprinkle breadcrumbs on fillets until fully coated

>  Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork
