Breaded Pork Chops

TaterSweet™ Breaded Pork Chops

Now, I love my mom's pork chops (Flo's Easy Pork Chops), but these chops are surprisingly sweet and yummy!

Ingredients

1/2 cup
2 oz

Pork Loin Chops (1/2" thick, boneless)

Breadcrumbs (plain or flavored)

TaterSweet™ Sweet & Sour Gourmet Dressing

Directions

>  Preheat oven to 425°
>  Spread half of the breadcrumbs evenly on a plate
>  Place chops on another plate and coat evenly and thoroughly with TaterSweet™
>  Dredge coated chops in breadcrumbs until completely covered (including edges)
   (replenish breadcrumbs and TaterSweet™ as needed)
>  Place breaded chops in a lightly greased or sprayed shallow baking pan
>  Bake on center rack for 10 min., turn chops over and bake for an additional 10 min.
   (increase cooking time for thicker chops)

Suggestions:
Serve with mac'n'cheese and your favorite veggie.
Try spicing them up a little by adding 1Tbsp of sriracha to the TaterSweet™.
