TaterSweet HEAT™ LavaLegs™ - Sriracha

1 1/4 cup TaterSweet™ Sweet & Sour Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil *can substitute EVOO
1 tsp Garlic Powder
4 lbs Chicken legs or Leg/thighs


>  Preheat oven to 375°, place oven rack in center of oven
>  Place baking rack in large baking pan (if available)
>  Rinse chicken legs and pat dry
>  In a large bowl, combine Oil, Garlic Powder *salt and pepper to taste
>  Add chicken legs and toss until all pieces are completely coated
>  Place chicken legs on rack in baking pan
>  Bake for 50 minutes *if no rack, turn legs over after 25 min.
>  Remove chicken legs from oven
>  In a large bowl; Combine TaterSweet™, Sour Cream and Sriracha; mix well
>  Add cooked chicken legs to bowl and toss until all pieces are completely coated
>  Place chicken legs back onto baking pan w/rack
>  Bake for 15 additional minutes
>  Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes then serve

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with mac'n'cheese and your favorite vegetable drizzled with TaterSweet™ Sweet & Sour Dressing
