TaterSweet HEAT™ - Sriracha Wings

1 1/4 cup TaterSweet™ Sweet & Sour Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil *can substitute EVOO
1 tsp Garlic Powder
4 lbs Chicken wings


>  Preheat oven to 375°, place oven rack in center of oven
>  Place baking rack (if available) in large baking pan
>  Rinse chicken wings and pat dry
>  Separate each wing into two pieces, cutting at the first joint
>  In a large bowl, combine Oil, Garlic Powder and Salt & Pepper to taste
>  Add wings and toss until all wing pieces are completely coated
>  Place wings, evenly spaced on rack in baking pan
>  Bake for 50 minutes *if no rack, turn wings after 25 min.
>  Remove wings from oven
>  **Reset oven to BROIL and move oven rack up
>  In a large bowl; Combine TaterSweet™, Sour Cream and Sriracha; mix well
>  Add cooked wings to bowl and toss until all pieces are completely fully coated
>  Place wings back onto baking pan w/rack (if available)
>  Broil for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, being careful not to burn
>  Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving

Serving Suggestions:
Want more heat? Prepare an additional half-batch of sauce for dipping cooked wings
