Ingredients

Tuna

Bread Slices or English Muffins

TaterSweetSweet & Sour Dressing

Sweet Pickles

Minced Celery

Minced Red Onion, soak in water for 5 min, drain

Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Celery Seed

Pepper

Pinch Salt              (optional)


Extras and/or Substitutions

 Tomato, Avocado

Directions

>  Eggs (hard) *Steam 18-20 min in a steamer basket, transfer directly to a cold water bath

>  Drain tuna and shred with a fork into a mixing bowl

>  Dice/mince sweet pickles, celery and onion into small pieces, add to bowl

>  Add TaterSweet™ Sweet & Sour Dressing, celery seed, salt (optional) and pepper to taste

>  Mix well and set aside

>  Preheat the broiler and set the rack 4 to 5 inches below heat source

>  Spread the bread out on a baking sheet and toast

>  Top toasted bread with the tuna mix, top with tomato slice and avocado (if using), then shredded cheese

>  Place under the broiler and heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted

>  Serve immediately
